Obituary of Mary Elizabeth Lally

Mary Elizabeth Lally passed away May 31, 2017 after a brief illness.   Mary was born in Waterville , NY to William Lally and Mae Hayden Lally .   She attended   Waterville School , Union University School of Nursing and Excesior School of Business.  She retired from the General  Electric Research and Development Laboratory in 1987.  She was predeceased by Helen (Lally) Fisher , Robert Lally,Howard LallyKenneth Lally and Jack Lally.  She is survived by the following nieces and nephews and their families who say she brought  light , laughter and love into their lives; Linda (Fischer)Smith , Douglas Fischer , Brian Fischer, James Fischer, Robert Lally, Bonnie (Lally) Wigfield., Patricia(Lally)Cahan, Jean (Lally) Gilroy Lisa (Lally) Flack , and Mary (Lally) Hickey.  She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews who considered her as a fun , loving , powerful influence in their lives.  Mary's hobbies included golf , skiing, traveling and enjoying her nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 5th at 11 A.M. St. Bernard Church in Waterville , NY where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.  There will be no viewing hours.  Interment will immediatly follow at St. Bernard's Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Boy's and Girl's Club or St. Benard's Church at 199 Stafford Ave , Waterville, NY 13480.  Condolences may be expressed to www.
