Obituary of Christine Montone Cohn

Schenectady – Christine M. Cohn passed away peacefully at Ellis Hospital following complications from Multiple Sclerosis. She was born in Schenectady on Oct. 29, 1957 and was predeceased by her parents, Harry J. and Carmela Montone. She was a graduate of Linton High School. Christine was a resident of Glendale Nursing Home for many years, due to her illness. There, she developed long and lasting friendships with her caregivers. Her family would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to her Glendale Family. Your compassionate care and love for her is deeply appreciated. Christine is survived by her son, Richard Cohn (the light of her life); brother, Joseph J. (Jeanne) Montone; her nephews, Anthony (Meghan) Montone and Morgan (Jessica) Montone and great-nephews, Rocco and Gino Montone. Friends and family are invited to attend memorial services, Saturday, 4 p.m. at Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St. Calling hours will precede the services, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
