Obituary of Salvatore Pace

Salvatore Pace, 91, of Broadalbin and formerly of Grand Blvd., Niskayuna, passed away July 17, 2009 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. Salvatore was born in Schenectady, son of the late Anthony and Carmella Pace. He owned and operated the Majestic Beauty Salon, retiring many years ago. He was predeceased by his wife, Sophie Jablonski Pace, who died in 1998; daughter, Toni Benveniste; and sister, Angelina Cravier. Survivors include son, Robert J. (Mary) Pace; son-in-law, Roy Benveniste; sister, Theresa DiCerbo; and brother, Lewis Pace. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Evan and Leanna Pace; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours. Funeral services and interment private and at the convenience of the family. Burial at St. John's Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Rexford United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.
