Schenectady- Ann Walsh died on April, 14, 2025 after a short illness. She was born in Brooklyn, the second child of Patrick and June Kenny on October 2, 1961. She moved to Ireland with her family when she was nine. She returned to the U. S. when seventeen and settled in Schenectady, graduating from Linton High School. She furthered her education with business school. Ann married John Walsh on May 21, 1994. They welcomed their daughter, Lee, into the world on June 6, 2000. She worked in various jobs, most recently as a special education teaching assistant. She is survived by her husband, John, their daughter, Lee, her brother Michael, her sister, Eilis, six nephews, and seven nieces. She was a loving and caring sister, wife, mother, and friend and will be deeply missed by the many people who loved her. Funeral Service Friday 9am at St John the Evangelist Church . Calling Hours Thursday eve 6-8 at Daly Funeral Home 242 McClellan St. Interment Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery Niskayuna . No flowers requested. Donations to the Animal Protective Foundation would be appreciated
