Curtis A. Audette Obituary

Ballston Lake - Curtis Andrew Audette passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at age 83.


Born in Schenectady, NY on September 20, 1941 to the late Ashley and Blanche Audette, he lived most of his life in Scotia, then moving to Vestal, NY where he graduated from high school. Curt served in the US Marine Corps. from 1961 to 1965. After the Marines, he joined the G. E. Apprentice Program as a Tool and Die Maker and worked at G. E. for 37 years. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Dawn Borst.


Curt is survived by his wife, Constance Fenzel Audette, two daughters: Amelia Ann (John Metz) Audette of Trumbull, CT and Dr. Laura Constance Audette of Montpelier, VT, two grandsons: August and Thomas Metz and several cousins, nieces and nephews.


The funeral service will be Wednesday 11:30 a.m. at Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. Interment to follow in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Niskayuna, NY. There will be no calling hours.
