Harold “Harry” Martin Brown, passed away at the age of 79, December 26,2023 from a long term illness at his home in Goodyear Arizona. He was surrounded by his loving family. Even though (Lewy Bodies disease) took his life away from us, his loving heart left a beacon of light to shine on his family. Harry was born, July 11, 1944 in St. Paul MN to his deceased parents Horace Brown and Violet (Kirchner) Brown, his also deceased brother Gerald Brown. Harry graduated from Sibley H.S. and furthered his education with an Associates degree in Graphic Arts. Harry was married 31 years to his loving surviving wife Claudia (Messineo) Brown. He was the proud father of 6 children, Jeffrey (Renee) Brown, Julia (John) Larson, Steven (Becky) Brown, Harrison (Stephanie) Brown, Jordan Brown, Michaela Brown and a host of cousins and several nieces and nephews. Harry was a loving grandfather to 12 grandchildren. Harry was employed at Northwest Airlines as a ground service Ramp agent and retired after 20 years. He continued working at the airport for G2, a passenger ground agent, he drove the golf cart. Harry enjoyed playing soft ball, traveling, going to the casino, playing golf, playing cards, his favorite teams were the Minnesota Vikings and the Minnesota Twins. He worked very hard in the yard of his Connecticut home keeping it meticulous. Harry’s favorite food combination was a Pizza and a cold beer. Harry’s main passion was restoring his Model A, 1929 Ford antique car. He entered his Model “A” in car shows, winning many trophies. He also enjoyed driving his Model “A” car in our local parades in Connecticut. Harry had an infectious laugh and smile. He was a warm and gentle man. He loved and adored our pets, especially “Lola”. He had a wonderful personality, people gravitated towards him. Harry would do anything for anyone in need. We know he will be missed by many, especially his family. Forever in our hearts and prayers for generations. Private service - Daly funeral home 8 January, 2024. 9:00am Schenectady N.Y. Mass Service - Our Lady of Grace. Catholic Church 10:30am, Ballston Lake N.Y. Burial - Saratoga National Cemetery at a later date.
