Obituary of Thomas Wilming

Schenectady - Thomas Wilming, Jr., 82, died Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at Capital Living Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, after a long illness. Tom was born in Schenectady, the son of Thomas and Emma Wilming, Sr. and was a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School. He was a US Navy veteran during the Korean War. He worked at St. Clare's Hospital as a microbiologist for many years. Mr. Wilming is survived by four children, Deborah (Cliff) Jorgensen, David (Maureen) Wilming, Elizabeth Burton and Phylicia Shoemaker; a brother, Ronald Wilming; 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Bernard Wilming. Funeral service will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady.
