Obituary of Richard Van Patten

Schenectady - Richard Van Patten, 62, of W. 213 St., New York City, NY, formerly of Schenectady, died Wednesday, September 17, 2014, at his home. Richard was born in Schenectady, the son of the late Harry and Shirley Pipe Van Patten. He was a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School and SUNY, Brockport. He was a computer specialist for John Jay College. He is survived by his sister, Ellen (Aaron) Wagner; and nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Frank Van Patten. Funeral, private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by the Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady.
