Glenville - James D. Walker Jr. passed away on August 28, 2023 surrounded by family at home. James was born on September 22, 1950, in Hudson, New York.
He is survived by his loving wife, Daria Walker, his son, Jeff Walker of Scotia, his daughters, Nichole Walker and her wife Alex Gurney of Salem, MA, Vanessa Walker and her partner Kevin Dearaway of Scotia, and many loving friends and relatives.
Jim was a great storyteller who loved to talk about his life experiences. He was a skilled electrician, always ready to lend a hand. Despite a 12 year battle with cancer, he continued to enjoy outdoor activities, visiting with friends and trips to the Cape.
A celebration of life will be planned for a later date. Arrangements by Daly Funeral Home.
