Niskayuna - Betty J. Horner, 92, formerly of Pearse Rd., died August 24, 2015, at the Ellis Residential and Rehabilitation Center. She is survived by her daughter, Carol "Chick" Horner Owens and her husband, Timothy R. Owens of Niskayuna. A memorial reception will be held at a time later to be announced in a full obituary in the future. Arrangements by Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady, NY.
