Anna M. Zellmer, 99, formerly of Flower Rd., Rotterdam, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 26, 2015 at the Glendale Nursing Home, after a brief illness. Born in Schenectady, she was co-owner of Endries Willow Brook Inn for many years, then co-owned, Norge Village Laundromat and Dry Cleaners, in Schenectady for a number of years, before retiring. Anna was wife of the late, Edward J. Zellmer, who passed away in 1976. She was also predeceased by a brother, Nicholas Palombo; and a sister, Minnie Buono. She is survived by a twin sister, Betty Nastacie; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service, Tuesday morning, 10 a.m. at St. Lukes Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. A calling hour will preceed the service from 9 to 10 a.m. at the church. Interment in the old St. Joseph's Cemetery, State St. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice.
