Obituary of Anna Zellmer

Anna M. Zellmer, 99, formerly of Flower Rd., Rotterdam, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 26, 2015 at the Glendale Nursing Home, after a brief illness. Born in Schenectady, she was co-owner of Endries Willow Brook Inn for many years, then co-owned, Norge Village Laundromat and Dry Cleaners, in Schenectady for a number of years, before retiring. Anna was wife of the late, Edward J. Zellmer, who passed away in 1976. She was also predeceased by a brother, Nicholas Palombo; and a sister, Minnie Buono. She is survived by a twin sister, Betty Nastacie; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service, Tuesday morning, 10 a.m. at St. Lukes Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. A calling hour will preceed the service from 9 to 10 a.m. at the church. Interment in the old St. Joseph's Cemetery, State St. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice. Arrangements by the Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady
