Obituary of Jessie Golda

Amsterdam - Jessie Golda, 90, passed away Monday, January 18, 2016 at St. Mary's Hospital. Born in Schenectady, she was a lifelong area resident. Jessie was a nature lover who had a passion for flowers and gardening. She was the wife of the late Frank Golda. She is also predeceased by a daughter, Krystal Barbato, her granddaughter, Gina Barbato; 4 brothers, Edmond, Henry, Joseph and Stephen Kowalski. Jessie is survived by a son, Frank Golda of Arizona, a sister, Gertrude Barbato of Schenectady and a brother, Ronald Kowalski and his wife Donna, of Scotia. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. A service will be held for Jessie at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery Mausoleum, Thursday, January 21 at 3:00 p.m.
