Obituary of Victoria Stenard

Schenectady - Victoria "Tori" Stenard, 37, passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2016, at Albany Medical Center Hospital. Tori was born in Plattsburgh, NY, the daughter of Regina and the late Stephen Baker. She graduatied from Schenectady High School, class of 1996. Tori worked at Yates Elementary School for the past ten years. She loved working at the elementary school, where she was a very dedicated para professional and could be close to her children. Tori loved musical theater and was very interested in the paranormal, something she shared with her daughter, Alivia. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her best friend and husband, John Stenard, III, who she has been married to for 16 years. Tori is also survived by her daughter, Alivia, son Michael, siblings: Ashley Baker, Heather Baker, Nicole Baker and Dominick Baker (Lisa Carlino), in-laws, Karen and John Stenard, Jr., brother-in-law, Chris Stenard and nephew, Blake Simmons. Calling hours will be on Wednesday, 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, 9:00 a.m. at St. Kateri Tekakwitha, Union St., Niskayuna. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
