Schenectady - Ronald Lee, 67, of Henry St. died Sunday, March 6, 2016, at Ellis Hospital. Ron was born in Niskayuna, son of Bernard and Lois Lee. He was a graduate of Schalmont High School and was a U. S. Navy veteran, serving during the Vietnam era as a Sea Bee. Through the years he held several jobs, retiring from Ruan Trucking Co. He enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle, fishing and was a member of Bethel Full Gospel Church and active volunteer at the church. He is survived by his wife of 23 years Loevie Lee. Ron is also survived by their son, Anson Lee; his mother Lois Lee and 4 siblings; Carol (Jack) Reckner, Dave (Aisyah) Lee, Jan (Paul) Hulbert and Donna (Steve) Olson, many nieces and nephews. Funeral service, Thursday at 12 noon, at Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. Calling hours are from 10:30 to 12 noon at the funeral home. Interment Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuyler with military honors. Memorial contributions may be made to: Schenectady City Mission, 425 Hamilton St., Schenectady, NY 12305.
