Obituary of Marjorie Chinski

Rotterdam - Marjorie J. Chinski, 87, of Long Ave., died Sunday, April 3, 2016, at the Ellis Residential and Rehabilitation Center. Marjorie was born and educated in Scotia, the daughter of Henry and Margaret Matheson. At one time she had worked at the General Electric Co. She had been a member of Lutheran Churches in the Schenectady area. She will be remembered as a loving wife and mother. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Joseph Chinski; five children, Ron Chinski, Cynthia Sindoni, Joseph Chinski, Michael Chinski and Pamela Hoffman; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by John and Henry Matheson. Funeral service Thursday morning 11 a.m. at Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. A calling hour will be held from 10 to 11 at the funeral home. Interment Park Cemetery, Scotia
