Obituary of William Christman

Clifton Park - William G. Christman,(Will) age 49 passed away peacefully July 23rd, at home with family by his side after a long illness. Born in Schenectady, Bill attended Linton High School, Bryant and Stratton, and The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy. Bill is predeceased by his Mother Roberta A. Alberts. He is survived by his siblings, Roger W. Christman (wife Lisa), Christine Diane Christman, Darrel F. Christman, Susan B. Christman and Karen L. Christman. He was a loving and devoted uncle to Maurice I Mitchell, William A. Christman, Dupreme R. Lane and Caroline P. Christman. Bill also adored his cat BB and his friends. He was a Massage Therapist and Reiki Master. Bill enjoyed running, swimming, gardening, all outdoor adventures, listening to music and laughing with his family and friends. Bill volunteered and instructed at many non for profit Health and Wellness Organizations in the Capital District. Whatever Bill set his mind to he succeeded in accomplishing! Those who knew Bill knew of his steadfast compassion, determination, caring nature, and advocacy efforts. The family invites relatives and friends to join in a celebration of Bill's life on Friday July 29th with visitation from 4 to 6pm and a Service immediately following at 6 pm, at Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan Street, Schenectady. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's name can be made to the American Cancer Society, PAWS, or a charity of your choice.
