Obituary of Susan Magill

Schenectady - Susan M. Magill, 62, passed away Wednesday, August 3,2016 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY. Born May 10, 1954, in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Edmund Chylinski Sr. and Anna Dorothy Chylinski. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her loving sister, Nancy. Susan married her Husband John A. Magill on September 27, 1986. In addition to her husband, other loving survivors include her brothers Edmond C. Chylinski Jr of West Chester PA, Gary F. Chylinski (Lorine) of Liverpool NY, Mark L. Chylinski (Terry) of Pittsfield, MA. and sister Mary Anne Chylinski (Christa) of Saratoga Springs, NY, as well as nephews, nieces, grandnephews, and grandnieces. Susan is a graduate of Notre Dame High School, Hudson Valley Community College with a degree of Dental Hygiene and Russell Sage College. Susan is a member of 1st Presbyterian Church where she was Chairman of Women's Ministries and sang in the Choir and other Choirs in the community. Susan was a professional Clown and performed at many venues including Saratoga Track, nursing homes, schools and other Community Events. Susan and John enjoyed attending theater plays and concerts. They cherished their time at Lake George. They loved connecting with and helping other families and neighbors. She was loved by so many. Donations can be made in Susan's name to be given to City Mission of Schenectady or ARC (Chapter of NYSARC, Inc) in lieu of flowers. The viewing will be Aug 8th 9:00 AM Monday followed by service at 11:00 AM all at 1st Presbyterian Church 209 Union St Schenectady, NY and Interment will be North Chatham Cemetery in Columbia County, NY.
