After 20 years of friendship with Cookie, she became just like family to myself, my husband, and our son and daughter. I often told her I did not know what I would do without her. Now I will find out. We loved her and will miss her dearly.
I never had a conversation with Cookie in which she didn't mention Mark and her kids. She was so proud of her family. Cookie had a larger than life personality and I will miss her terribly. Mark, Kristin, and Kyle, I am so sorry for your loss.
Cookie was always so positive a person. The annual holiday party of the Volkssports was held at the Stockade Inn and Cookie always sought me out and I always looked forward to seeing her. She had much pride in her family and I looked forward to hearing about Chip. What a wonderful person who will remain in my memory as a special unique person.
