Obituary of James Petrucco

Rotterdam - James 'Jimmy' R. Petrucco, 64, of Fordham Ave., died Monday, June 26, 2017, at Ellis Hospital. Jim was born in Amsterdam, was a graduate of Mohonasen High School and had attended SCCC. He worked as a chef at Kingsway Arms Nursing Center for 22 years. He was an avid NY Giants Fan, loved music and his beloved pets Pepper, Tasha and Angus. Jimmy is survived by his wife, Christine McGinnis Petrucco, they have been together for 33 years. One son, Jason McGinnis of Rotterdam; one brother, Louis (Ginny) Petrucco; nieces and nephews, Renee(Tim) Longo, Kathleen Petrucco, Brian (Tanya) Petrucco and Michael (Joei) Petrucco and predeceased by his adopted father, Renato Petrucco and aunt, Dirce Rett.Calling hours will be held Wednesday, July 5, 5 to 7 at the Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady.
