Obituary of Kevin Damberg

ROTTERDAM- Kevin J. Damberg, 51, passed away Thursday evening, July 29, 2010, at his home. Kevin was born in Schenectady on March 16, 1959, a son of the late Edmund and Hilda Schreiber Damberg. He was a graduate of Mohonasen High School, class of 1977, and subsequently attended Hudson Valley Community College. Kevin was employed for many years as a machine operator for various companies over the course of his career. Survivors include his siblings, Nancy Loomis and her husband Warren Pendleton of LaPlata, M.D., Fred Damberg and his wife Cindy of Purling, N.Y., and his twin sister, Kathy Murach of Lebanon, N.J.; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family in a graveside service for Kevin, Thursday, August 5, 2010, at 2 P.M. in Viewland Cemetery, Rotterdam. Kevin's family will fondly remember him as a wonderful man who loved animals, swimming and fishing. Memorial contributions may be made in Kevin's name to the Animal Protective Foundation, 53 Maple Avenue, Scotia, N.Y. 12302.
