John was my third grade teacher at Hillside Elementary. We developed a friendship that l will never forget. He was also the photographer at my wedding in 1985. I will always treasure the friendship we had. The last time we spoke was over breakfast at one of his favorite places, the Blue Ribbon Diner. Rest in peace my friend.
