Obituary of Ailean DeBaise

Ailean Sprung DeBiase, 85, died Sunday, October 10, 2010, at Ellis Hospital, after a short illness. Mrs. DeBiase was born in Schenectady, the daughter of Edward and Grace Ryder Sprung. She was a graduate of Nott Terrace High School and at one time worked at the General Electric Co. Ailean was predeceased by her husband, Anthony R. DeBiase, Sr., who died in 1992. She is survived by two children, Anthony R. (Kathleen) DeBiase, Jr. of Siler City, NC and Donna DeBiase of Schenectady; three grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and devoted and loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her five siblings. Funeral service will be held Friday morning at 11 a.m. at the Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. Calling hours will be Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memory Gardens, Colonie.
