Obituary of Sandra Orminski

Pattersonville - Sandra Orminski, 77, passed away peacefully at home on November 19, 2018, surrounded by her family. Born January 28, 1941 in Glens Falls, NY. Sandra was a graduate of Linton High School. She married her husband, Carl Orminski, on November 23, 1963. She will always be remembered for being a fun loving and hard working mom, grandmother and friend, who was always willing to help people. Sandra enjoyed gardening and was an avid seamstress and crafter. She loved to create beautiful quilts, crocheted rugs, pillow covers, aprons and much more and was an award winning flower arrangement creator. She was a member and leader of many clubs throughout the years and had a passion for teaching kids how to create their own garden, sew and cook. Most recently she was a member of Schenectady Business Professional Woman's Club of Schenectady and assisted with their annual fashion show. Above all she loved her children, grandchildren, and husband. Sandra is survived by her husband, Carl Orminski, children, Carl Orminski, Jr, Curt Orminski, Christine Frith (Joseph); her grandchildren, Brandi Orminski, Justin Orminski, and Angel Frith. She is also survived by her brother, Thomas (Mary), several nieces and nephews.
