Obituary of Marguerite Greco

Marguerite R. Del Greco, 86 of Chrisler Ave., died Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Ellis Hospital. Marguerite was born in Schenectady. The daughter of Steven and Jennie Ciampriello Morelli. She was a graduate of Nott Terrace High School and had been an employee of St. Clare's Hospital as a medical secretary for 11 years, retiring several years ago. She had been a communicant of St. Anthony's Church. She will be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother. Marguerite was a fiercely independent and strong woman, who was deeply devoted to her mother and her two sons. Marguerite is survived by her two sons, Richard and Mark Del Greco; a sister, Rosemary (Edward) Casser; four grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Funeral service Monday morning at 11 a.m. at the Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. A calling hour will precede the service. Interment in St. John's Cemetery.
