I’m on vacation in the Cape and learned of Franks passing. Deepest sympathies to all of you. I have many fond memories. Saw Frank a year ago, July 6th in the parking lot of Market 32 in Guilderland, he was as I always remembered! He shared with me his health issues but was determined to live his life to the fullest. It was a happy last meeting. May he Rest In Peace.
