My Uncle Bill adored my brother & I and he was so good to us when we were growing up. He went out of his way to spend time with us, even traveling an hour north to see us on the weekends and spend money he really didn't have doing stuff with us. I remember how he made us laugh until our stomachs hurt, I remember how he talked "real" to us about big life questions, I remember him apologizing for our father while still being a loyal brother and saying things like "he's just lost right now" or "he loves you both so much, I know he does." I remember my brother and he watching sports together and my brother always rooted for whatever team Uncle Billy liked! I still can feel the laughter and happiness my Uncle shared with me when I was growing up. When I think of Uncle Billy I am saddened by his passing and lifted by his many lasting gifts of love!
The great beyond got themselves an amazing man and he will certainly keep everyone laughing up there as he always did when he was still here with us!!
