Bobby and Nick, please accept my heartfelt condolences on the passing of your mom. I happen to stumble across your mother's obituary this afternoon and wanted to let you both know how very sorry I was to hear about her passing. Your mother was an amazing woman, mother, and wife, and although it has been many years since I have seen her, I learned a lot of things from her. She was a phenomenal cook, and taught me how to make many greek dishes, like spanakopita, pastitsio, kudobreoffs, and my favorite (which still to this day I can not make well) baklava. I have many, many good memories from back in our college days when you lived over on Hillside. She lived a good life and loved her family with all that she had. It was an honor to have known her.
