My fondest memories of Jean took place on Dorothy Turchinsky’s porch in Cape Cod. Jean, my mom and Dorothy would bless us young adults with their many stories of travel, their opinions on politics, religion and their take on current events. Jean loved to read and was always a contributing partner in completing the Sunday Times crossword puzzle, a Cape Cod summer tradition. I will miss the conversations but I will especially miss the perspective my Aunt Jean brought to that porch talk on those beautiful summer days. ❤

I will always remember my beautiful Aunt and all the trips we took together. We laughed so hard sometimes. She was always happy to share her knowledge, she was the smartest person I know. Some of my most memorable reads were gifts from her. Rest in peace Jean. Know you left a lasting impression on me and my family. I am so sorry you left us.
