My name is Frieda Derkowski I lived across the street from Frank's dad all my life. Frank and his family were all like family to me and my family. Frank's dad we called our dad and to my children he was papa. I seen Frank on many occasions when he would come to visit his dad he was always very polite and welcoming would always spark up a conversation with me and treat me like family. I know Frank will be truly missed but he will also be welcomed greeted and safe with his dad again. I send my condolences and love to his family at this heartbreaking time. Please find some comfort in this message knowing that he is with his dad now and I'm so sure he is safe. You all will see him again one day until then hold him close to your heart..
