Obituary of Mary P. Mahoney

Glenville, NY – Mary Patricia Mahoney, 55, passed away on Monday December 28, 2020 at Glendale Nursing Home of Covid-19. Mary was the cherished daughter of Richard C. and Jane Mahoney. Mary attended special classes and graduated from Linton High School. She worked many years at McDonald's Restaurant. Mary was a devout communicant of St. Kateri Tekakwitha in Schenectady and The Blessed Sacrament in Bolton Landing, NY. Mary loved all her summers at the family camp at Lake George. She was an avid swimmer and loved riding her bike and picking blueberries. She spent happy hours at the Wellness Center of Sunnyview. Mary was predeceased by her father Richard C. Maloney. She is survived by her mother Jane and her brother Robert (Sheree Komp), her niece Sterling Mahoney and her nephews Brendan and Dallis Mahoney, her uncle Jack Jewett as well as many cousins. She also leaves behind her loyal and loving BFF Melissa Miller. Due to the pandemic, there will be no services until it's safe to do so.
