Obituary of Elizabeth Dula

On Friday, April 17, 2009, Elizabeth Dula, 97, of Catherine St., passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Born in Lenoir, NC, she had been an area resident since 1945. She was the wife of the late Nezbon Dula, Sr., who passed away in 1985. Elizabeth is survived by four children, Cecil Fennicks, Nezbon Dula, Jr., Ernest Valentine, and Kelly Dula. She is also survived by a twin sister, Julia Coles; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral service on Wednesday at 12 noon at the Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St. An hour of visitation will precede the service from 11 a.m. to 12 noon. Interment will be in Schenectady Memorial Park.
