Obituary of Patricia Yamrozy

On Sunday March 7,surrounded by her family Patricia Ann Schiele Yamrozy passed away peacefully at home after a brief illness. Patricia was born on August 1, 1941 to Delbert and Julia (Zimolka)Schiele and lived in Schenectady her entire life. She married William Yamrozy on July 11, 1964. Together they loved to travel and enjoyed countless summers and trips to their camp on beautiful Upper Saranac Lake. Pat loved all her pets and enjoyed all things summer but her favorite was the feel of warm sun and a nice breeze off the lake. She was a devoted wife to Bill and mother to daughters Susan and Michelle. By far her most cherished role was that of grandmother to Julia and Rocco. They were truly her every joy. She was an active member of the Rotterdam Elks Ladies Auxillary The LORE, bowled and played bocce and always has a smile for everyone she met. Pat was predeceased by her sister Donna Schiele and her cousin Sylvia Stock. Pat is survived by her husband William Yamrozy, daughters Susan Yamrozy and Michelle (Yamrozy) Whipple, son in law Joseph Whipple and beloved grandchildren Julia and Rocco Whipple and niece Stephanie Stock Ranze. Calling hours will be at Daly Funeral home on 242 McClellan Street, Schenectady, Saturday, March 13, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. concluding with the service at 12pm.
