Obituary of Rita Jaquish

Schenectady - Rita Mae Jaquish, 67, born August 27, 1953, passed away Wednesday July 21, 2021 at home surrounded by her loved ones, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Throughout her life she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, making the most of everyday. Her hobbies included singing, dancing, camping and going to the casino. Left to mourn are her children; Theresa Rock (Andy), Mark Jaquish (Angel), Tracy Jaquish (Gary), Tammy Harvey (Everett) and Gary Jaquish (Shanon). Rita is also survived by her loving siblings; Dorothy, Sandy, Gerald, Richard, Linda, Ernest, 16 Grandchildren and 7 Great-grandchildren, who are going to miss her greatly. She is predeceased by her loving husband of 38 years, Ralza H Jaquish, her parents Delphine Lombard and Francis LaDuke and her siblings Gary, Shirley and Joe. She is also predeceased by her favorite sister-in-law and brother-in -law Iola and Stanley Jaquish Funeral Service, Wednesday, 12 Noon at the Daly Funeral Home. An hour of visitation will precede the service from 11-12. Interment, Parkview Cemetery, Schenectady. Finally, at last Lucy is dancing in the sky with her George.
