Obituary of Samantha Younes

Younes, Samantha On Thursday September 30, 2021 Samantha Isolina Younes passed into eternal life, unexpectedly, at the age of 31. Born, April 11, 1990, to Ronald P. and Roin M Younes at St. Clare's Hospital in Schenectady. Lifelong resident of Schenectady, she was the recipient of her GED in 2007 through Washington Irving Educational Center. She had a short employment career working at Party City, Price Rite, Wendy's, Burger King and The Daily Gazette as a paper carrier both on her own and with her parents. She became disabled in 2013. Not only does she leave behind her parents to come to grips with this untimely passing and adjust to life without her infectious smile and constant cheerful bubbly presence. She leaves behind her siblings Amanda Younes, Casey Younes (Adam Campara, Sr.) and Ronald L. Younes (Isis), her nephew whom she loved and adored with all her heart Adam Campana, Sr., plus her faithful fur baby CiCi Bella, as well as her Godparents Laura "LuLu" Morelli and Elwin J. Younes all of Schenectady. She also leaves a large amount aunts, uncles and cousins and not to forget, because of her amazing free spirited friendly personality, a huge amount of friends. Samantha was predeceased by her nana, Donna G. Acquasanta whom she always looked for when upset, her paternal grandparents Elwin and Elvira Younes and her uncles, Richard Dalonzo and Michael Kwasnicki. A funeral service will be held Saturday 11:00 am at Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. A calling hour will precede the service from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers please donate to any organization of your choice that will help either abused/neglected children or pets in her memory.
