Jim was a wonderful person who was kind and caring of his tenants and so helpful. My mother was blind and he would go and get her mail (or walk with her to get it) to make her life easier. My husband and I felt safe and knew that they would be well taken care of. Of course we checked daily, did groceries, laundry, big holiday meals at our home, to make the families happy. When my husband's mother moved in, he loved to talk with her and help her get her mail. He knew we would be around soon after work because we knew him well. After Ruth, his wife passes, he was much quieter but he was still a very good person. We really cared vey much about him. May God Bless him in his highest light. Our sincere sympathy and sorrow.
