Sylvia also enjoyed tennis and curling, volunteered at the 1980 Olympics, and opened her home to exchange students from around the world. Sylvia was a great friend who brought people together and she will be missed. Sylvia was predeceased by her husband of sixty years, Frederick "Fritz," the former proprietor of Lange's Pharmacy.
