Obituary of Winifred Conde

Winifred A. Conde, 75, passed peacefully away into the Lord's arms after a short battle with Cancer on Saturday, October 22, 2022. Born April 1st, 1947 in Schenectady, NY, the Daughter of the late Walter and Cora (LaFountain) LaBombard. She is also predeceased by her siblings Eli LaBombard, Delfine Lombard, Veronica Walkingstick ,Betty Dzikowski, James LaBombard, daugther in law Stephanie Miller and her great grandson Jayce Jeanson. She is survived by her siblings Wally LaBombard and Alice Parish. She is also survived by her husband of 29 years Benjamin Conde, her children James Miller, Candi (Todd) Purdy, Kim (Chris) Ingoglia, Laura (Ron) Miller, Michael (Dee Dee) Miller and Brian (Melissa) Miller and Step-daughter Madyson Conde, grandchildren; Jimmy Jr, Amber, Brandon, Tamara, Todd Jr., Zack, Courtney, Claire "CC", Kayla, Josh, Teonna, Kane, Myka, Darius, Noah, Brain Jr., Jacob and Nathan. She also leaves behind, 37 great grandchildren and 2 on the way. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were the loves of her life. Winnie was known for her heart of gold and would give the shirt off her back to her family and friends. She made many friends while working at Transworld Entertainment and Walmart and considered them family. She did not finish High School but went on to get her GED in her 60's an accomplishment that she was very proud of and so was her family. She sacrificed a lot in the early days for her children and all she wanted in the end was for them to get along. Winnie leaves behind a large loving extended family and her children will honor her memory by keeping close and remembering their early family traditions and carrying them on. Calling hours will be Tuesday October 25th, 2022 12 o'clock noon to 2 pm with a service at 2pm. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, in her memory.
