Schenectady - Howard W. Ruff, Jr., 65, passed away Sunday March 19, 2023. He was retired from CSX Railroad, where he worked most of his life in the Selkirk yard as a mechanic.

Howard is survived by his wife June, daughters Katherine Ruff and Charlene Ruff, grandsons; Justin, Dylan and Josiah, granddaughters; Adelina and Saphira. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters and his long time friend, Victoria.

Howard's funeral service is Saturday 3:00 pm at Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. A calling hour will precede the service from 2:00 to 3:00 at the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
