Niskayuna - Ethel (Effie) A. Taylor, 73, was born on 5/24/50 and passed away suddenly on 6/1/23. She was predeceased by her husband, Reginald Taylor and her beloved sisters Lillian, Charlotte, and Myrtle.

Effie, a life-long resident of Niskayuna, was a most beautiful soul to all who knew and loved her. She finally has been re-united with the great love of her life, Reg. Effie and Reg were avid music lovers and entertained across the state all while they worked for NYS. Her passion for family, music and nature have impacted so many and will continue within us all.

She is survived by her beloved Pooh Bear and a host of nieces, nephews, and close friends.
