Schenectady - On Sunday July 23, 2023, Constance M. Nolte passed away at Kingsway Arms Nursing Center surrounded by her loving family. Connie was born in Schenectady, NY on September 16, 1927. She was a 1945 graduate of St. Joseph's High School and later worked at the Industrial Bank in New York City. Connie married Robert Nolte on September 11, 1948 and they settled in Schenectady to raise their family. Connie was a longtime active member of St. Luke's Parish, the Altar Rosary Society, Service Club and Nocturnal Adoration Society. She was also a member of the Ladies of Charity and the Notre Dame/ Bishop Gibbons Mother's Club.

Connie was predeceased by her husband Robert in 2018 after almost 70 years of marriage, her parents Frank and Wilhelmena (Daiker) Reger, her brother Joseph Reger (Mildred), her sister-in-law Catherine Nolte Schiefer (Richard), and grandson Christopher Nolte.

Connie is survived by her children: Kathy Sokolowski (John), Peggy McDermott (Frank), Marian Boorn (Carl), Joseph Nolte (Ann) and Thomas Nolte. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Death and Burial will be celebrated at St Luke's Church, 1241 State Street, Schenectady on Wednesday July 26, 2023 at 1:00 pm. Calling hours will precede the Mass from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Schenectady.
