Tina-Ann Hosier

31 years is such a young age to lose your life. Tina-Ann was a bright and bubbly sister, no matter what she was going through. Survived by her friends and family, she will forever be remembered and loved. She will be returning home to be alongside her father, who we lost around the same time as Tina, 8 years ago.

One of my fondest memories of Tina and one that shows the type of person she was: we were at the parade of barges in Waterford NY to watch the fireworks and listen to the music with our family. There was a relatively large hill that we were planning on rolling down, as kids do. Moments before she was to fall to her knees and roll down, she threw her arms out and what I call "supermaned" her way down the hill tumbling over and over. She had a pretty intense scrape on her knee when she finally stopped tumbling, but the whole time we were trying to dress it, she was laughing.

My mom's fondest memory was when she was born, she had complications and she was unfortunately pronounced deceased by the doctors. My father refused to give up on her and cradled them both and miraculously, she squeezed his finger and lived a happy life until recently.
