Chris was a wonderful friend and mentor. I am so sorry I cannot attend as I have had two deaths in my immediate family. I will always be grateful for his kindness and generosity. I would not be where I am today had it not been for Chris. I cannot express how deeply he is missed. We shared many interests in cars, Alco locomotives, and machinery. I learned so much from Chris and I'd tease him about me being his best pupil. Friends like Chris only come by once in a lifetime and I'm better for knowing him. God now has a faithful servant.
