Teresa Aponte - Schenectady
Teresa Aponte, 56, of Queens Dr. died Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012, at Ellis Hospital. Teresa was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Schenectady several years ago. She is survived by her sons, Hillbren R. Aponte, Daniel E. Aponte and Adam M. Garcia; siblings, Maria S. Tapia, Carmen Robles, Margarita Garcia, Zaraida Robles, Ruben Febres and Miguel Garcia; her father, Emilio Febres; grandchildren, Hillbren, Katrina, Alexis, Samuel and Sean; greatgrandchildren, Jahnath and Samuel Jr.; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother, Maria S. Gonzalez and her lifetime love, Julio Diaz. Funeral service Wednesday afternoon 2 p.m. at the Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. A calling hour will be held from 1 to 2 prior to the service.
