Michele, I was very sad to hear of your mom's passing. Her leaving us marked the end of an era of great women, who we were blessed to have in our lives. When I saw her picture I was so happy to see she never lost her great style, which is something I always admired. My most vivid memories are our rides home from school, with her leopard beret and her cheerfulness towards us all the way home. I walk by your house every night and I still see our overnights in your basement eating Vita Rich pizza. Both your mom and dad were so welcoming to all of us. Your dad of course was legendary sitting thru a Beatles movie in a drive-in with five screaming girls and then getting us Morrettes steak sandwiches afterwards. At such an impressionable age, I am so grateful your mom was a part of my life. I will always remember her for being a truly authentic, kind, and positive person with a love for life, her husband and her family. I will think of her always with fond memories.
