Obituary of Michael C. Susco

Clifton Park - Michael C. Susco, formerly of Schenectady, 52, passed away suddenly Wednesday August 14, 2024. Michael was born in Schenectady to Linda and Michael V. Susco, graduated from Mohonasen High School and earned his Bachelor’s degree from the College at St. Rose. Michael worked for 34 years at UPS, working his way up to Business Manager at the Glens Falls location. If you knew Michael, he was one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. He was a shining example of positivity and inspired us all. His absence has left a huge gap in our lives, especially our mother who came to rely on him after our father had passed away. He will be greatly missed by those of us who were lucky enough to know him. In his spare time he liked to go the gym and hang out with his best friends Carlos, Tommy and Anthony. He also liked to spend lots of time with his nephew Xavier especially attending car meets and restoring cars. Michael also enjoyed playing with his dog Penny who he cherished. Michael was predeceased by his father Michael. He is survived by his mother Linda Susco, sister April Couture, brothers Daniel Susco and Stephen (Sabine) Susco and nephews Xavier, Tommy and great-nephew Thomas. Calling hours will be Tuesday 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan St., Schenectady. The funeral service will be Wednesday 11:00 am at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Rotterdam.
