Dear Cathy and Family -
I will never forget your mom's warmth and kindness and her sweet smile and demeanor. She was a truly lovely lady! Cathy, I am so happy I got to know her so many years ago when we were in school together. She certainly lived a full and happy life. May memories of your dear mom always be a blessing to you.
With much love,
Ann

Q: How did you meet Margaret?
A: My husband Joe and Enzio were car collectors and went to many car shows together. We first met Peggy at one of these car shows. Peggy was so out going and we all became great friends. We so enjoyed spending time together at shows, We loved going to all the Italian resturants in Schenectady together for dinner. We shared many laughs and Peggys famous christmas cookies she made every year. She will be missed.

The last time I saw Peg and Enzo Cimino was at the wake of my father, Richard Regnier a few years ago. It was wonderful to have seen them. My siblings and I called them Aunt Peg and Uncle Enzo growing up. They were friends of my parents from high school. Both of them were like movie stars to us. Aunt Peg cast a spell when she was around, never raised her voice even once. Rest in Peace Aunt Peg.

I was in the Story CIrcle of the Capital District with Peggy. She was a delightful storyteller and a wonderful lady to be with.
I remember her saying to me, "Hi, Kate! It's so good to see you." with a big, lovely smile on her face.
Here are links of videos of her telling stories:

I feel so fortunate to have grown up with a cherished person like Aunt Peggy in my life. When I was a young adult, I received my all-time favorite gift from her: a handwritten book of my Nana’s delicious recipes along with a beautiful portrait. I occasionally make the Easter bread and will try the Irish soda bread recipe for the first time this year. We were truly graced by the presence of this kind, intelligent, and beautiful human being. In her memory, I too will strive to always be a beacon of light for others. Much love to Cathy and Jeff.

Aunt Peggy holds a very special place in my heart. Her kindness, her warmth, her loving and giving nature, will always connect her with us. Even though we did not live nearby, it was wonderful to visit with her. She sent letters and birthday and holiday wishes. She always made us feel special and loved. My mother, Rosemary, passed away when I was twelve. I am so grateful Aunt Peggy got to know her grand niece, Erin. We love you Aunt Peggy.

Peggy was a dear friend and neighbor. Many fond memories were made pool side, at the kitchen table, and seated fireside in the living room. Peggy's smile lit up each room she walked into. She always gave of herself, and shared many delicious Christmas cookies, Irish soda bread for St Patrick's day, and her delicious Easter bread. Each baked good was placed and arranged lovingly and beautifully.
I was fortunate to have shared in many day trips, and some weekend trips . Each trip was filled with laughter, and many beautiful memories were made. I will miss your friendship, your beautiful smile, and your laughter. You have been a wonderful friend and i will miss you terribly.
Love,
Bonnie

My Aunt Peggy was such a beautiful and generous person! She was the one who kept our family together as we didn't always live near one another. She never forgot a birthday or holiday and on the rare occasions we were able to get together, she made us all feel welcome and cooked the most delicious meals! Loved her so much!
All my love to Cathy, Jeff and the rest of our family,
Anja
