Daisy Goman Obituary
Daisy M. Goman, 62, of Nolan Rd., died Monday, May 25, 2009, at home. Daisy was born in Niskayuna and was a graduate of the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School. For many years, she delivered the Gazette on a motor delivery route. She had been a longtime member of the Ballston Lake Ladies Auxiliary and enjoyed bowling, participating in several leagues at the Burnt Hills Bowling Lanes. She also loved to fish at all of the favorite area fishing spots. She was the loving mother and Gamma to her two children, Sheila Rossi, Tim (Ilissa) Goman; and granddaughter, Aja Rossi. She is also survived by one brother and two sisters, Earl Crossway, Marsha Hunt and Diane Lawton; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one brother, John Hunt. Funeral services on Thursday morning at 11 a.m. at the Daly Funeral Home., Inc., 242 McClellan Street, Schenectady. A calling hour will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
