Schenectady - Noreen F. Gorman of Snowden Ave. passed away peacefully Friday, April 13, 2012 at Ellis Hospital. Noreen was born in Schenectady and was a lifelong resident. She was a secretary for the General Electric Co for many years before retiring. Noreen was predeceased by a brother, Elliott Gorman and a sister, Carol McGuigan. She is survived by two sisters, Mary Gorman of Schenectady and Joan Sumell of Liverpool, NY; also blessed with 12 caring nieces and nephews. Funeral service Tuesday morning at 8:15 a.m. from the Daly Funeral home 242 McClellan St. and 9 a.m. at St Lukes Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment St Joseph's Cemetery Schenectady. Calling hours Monday evening 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
