Mary Joan Hebert, 78, of Fourth St., died Monday, July 5, 2010, suddenly. Mrs. Hebert was born in Schenectady, the daughter of John and Frances Mattice. She was a graduate of Draper High School and Mildred Elley Business School. Joan was employed with Community Care Physicians in Latham, with the Audiology Practice. She had been a member of GE Women's Club, Rotterdam Seniors, an usher at Proctors and a communicant of the St. Paul the Apostle Church. She was married to Charles E. Hebert, he died in 1994. Joanie is survived by three children, Susan Hebert of Schenectady, Randi Herbert of Rotterdam and Gary Hebert of Albany; two grandchildren, Nicole and Jaimie Herbert and a great-grandson, Brayden Chiofalo. Funeral service will be held Friday morning at 10:30 from the Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan St., Schenectady, and 11 a.m. at St. Paul the Apostle Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Calling hours, 8:30 to 10:30 on Friday morning at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Schenectady.
