Obituary of Helen Honsinger

Helen D. Honsinger, 81, died Tuesday evening, April 5, 2011, at Ellis Hospital. Helen was born in Troy, NY on October 2, 1929, a daughter of the late James and Dolores McDonald. Survivors include her children, Nancy Kiehl and Pat Malo, both of Schenectady, and Joseph Honsinger of Waterford; several great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Helen was predeceased by her husband, Joseph H. Honsinger, in 1979. Funeral service will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. from the Daly Funeral Home, 242 McClellan Street, Schenectady. Interment will follow in Elmwood Hill Cemetery, Troy. It has been kindly requested that memorial contributions be made in Helen's name to her daughter, Nancy A. Kiehl, in care of Daly Funeral Home, Inc., 242 McClellan Street, Schenectady, NY 12304.
